The Denver Athletic Track Assiociate Club was formed 15 years ago. It originally started as a small time track club called "Tha Homeboyz". Tha Homeboyz started with about 6 or 7 members who ran the 100m, 200m, & the 400m races; as well as the 4x1, and the 4x4 relays. Over time, the team grew into a track team to be reckoned with. Over the years Datac has been easily recognized by the black and gold colors of the team's uniform. Some even say that whenever Datac is in a race all you need to do is look for the gold "flash" on the track to find them. Datac is now 40+ strong and it continues to grow in members as the word spreads. Stay tuned as Datac's history continues to grow.
